25 Years Ago Today...

It was 25 years ago today that Pat van den Hauwe scored the only goal at Carrow Road to clinch the 1987 Division One title for Everton, the Club's last League Championship to date. The Blues won the title that year by a full nine points but it marked the end of Howard Kendall's stunningly successful first spell in charge at Goodison Park.
